Report a Concern
Every child and adult at our club should feel safe, heard and respected. If something doesn't feel right, tell us. You don't need all the details, or to be sure something is wrong, to speak up.
Report online
Fill in our secure form at any time. You can choose to stay anonymous, although this may limit how we can follow up.
Prefer paper?
Ask any coach or the Swim School reception for a form or download and print.
Are you a swimmer? You can tell any coach or adult you trust. You won't get in trouble for speaking up.
What happens after you report

We listen
Every concern is taken seriously and recorded, whatever it's about.

We act
We respond promptly and fairly. If there is a risk to safety or suspected criminal conduct, safety comes first.

We support you
You'll be treated with respect and protected from unfair treatment for speaking up in good faith.
