Report a Concern
Our purpose is to develop and inspire a life long love of swimming, and every child and adult in our club should feel safe, heard, and respected while they do it. We have zero tolerance for child abuse, and we want it to be easy to raise a concern, whatever it's about.
Ways to Raise a Concern
You can report a concern using our online form, or speak directly with any of the following:

Our Child Safety and Governance Lead

A coach or instructor

The Secretary

Any other trusted adult or Club staff member
Concerns can be raised in person, by phone, or in writing, whichever feels easiest. You don't need to have all the details, or be completely sure something is wrong, to speak up.
What Happens After You Report
Every concern is taken seriously and handled promptly and fairly. Whoever raises a concern will be treated respectfully, supported, and protected from any unfair treatment for speaking up in good faith. Where a concern involves suspected criminal conduct or an immediate risk to safety, we prioritise safety first, ahead of our usual process.
Speaking up helps us live up to what we're here for, developing and inspiring a life long love of swimming, in a club that's respectful, inclusive, supportive, and safe for everyone in it.
