Sarah Dalton

Squad Coach

Sarah brings a playful and nurturing approach to coaching. With a caring and gentle style, she creates a supportive environment where swimmers feel safe, valued and encouraged to grow. She loves to laugh and brings a lightness to the pool, helping swimmers feel relaxed, confident and engaged as they learn.

Originally training as a triathlete, Sarah competed at the World XTERRA Championships in Hawaii. Her experience in training and racing has helped shape her approach to coaching. She encourages swimmers to develop positive body awareness and a strong connection with their bodies, with wellbeing always alongside performance.

Sarah also has a background in youth development. She previously ran her own business helping school-aged children develop social and emotional skills through play-based learning. This experience has shaped her holistic approach to coaching, supporting swimmers physically, socially and emotionally.

Sarah is passionate about building a positive team culture where every swimmer feels valued and connected. Outside the pool, she enjoys supporting her family and contributing to the wider community.
