  • 2 x Training Caps:   Keep an extra cap for backup, ensuring you're prepared for any situation.

  • Drink Bottle:   Stay hydrated throughout your session by bringing a water bottle.

Optional Items (Available for Loan):

For those looking to enhance their training experience, the following items are suggested:

  • Kickboard:   Improve your technique and strength with the use of a kickboard.

  • Fins:   Enhance your propulsion and speed with the assistance of fins.

  • Pullbuoy:   Focus on upper body strength and stroke technique with the use of a pullbuoy.

By having these essentials and optional items, you'll be well-prepared for a successful and enjoyable training session. If you have questions or need assistance, speak to your coach before purchasing fins or paddles; certain types work better for masters swimmers.

The Yarra River, from which our club is named, is known as Birrarung, meaning River of Mists in the language of Woiwurrung spoken by the Wurundjeri.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people as the traditional custodians of this land. We respect their unique ability to care for the country and their deep spiritual connection to it. We honour Elders Past and present, who have resided in the area and who are an integral part of the region's history.
